Requirements to Work at AARC

We welcome individuals who are committed to providing exceptional care. To ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, applicants must:

  • Pass a criminal background check
  • Complete a physical exam and TB clearance
  • Show a genuine interest in caregiving and teamwork
  • One year of caregiving experience is preferred, but not required. We review all applications with care and consideration.

Pay and Employment Structure

AARC offers flexible employment arrangements to fit different circumstances. We work with both 1099 contractors and W9 employees, ensuring fair and reliable pay.
